*The PERFECT drink for when you don’t feel so great or feel a cold coming on!*
What to Ask For:
- Honey Citrus Mint Tea
- Light lemonade
- 1 packet of honey
- Optional: NO peppermint (I’ve been to some Starbucks stores that put this in and some that don’t. I definitely prefer it without the peppermint, so I tell them this just in case!)

- Grande Cafe Misto
- 1 pump mocha

Water. š Kidding, but really. The further you get away from completely whole food ingredients, the less healthy you are making the drink. Think of it this way: black coffee is a whole food. So start with that. Any other ingredients you add on top of that are going to make it less healthy.
However, there are several things you can do to make your Starbucks drinks more healthy. I’ll explain that in the next section!

One of the simplest ways to make your Starbucks drink less calories is by getting almond milk instead of whole milk. HUGE calorie cut right away.
